We had a great experience with Sam. He was very responsive and transparent. Most of all, after realizing it would get us a better rate, he passed us on to a different broker working on their partnering program with Schwab. I imagine that cost him his commission, but it will save us a bunch of money over the next 30 years. Five stars.
