I really enjoyed working with Andra. She bent over backwards to make sure we were successful getting the new loan. I was amazed when she answered her phone way after business hours (we are in a different time zone) and was always positive and upbeat.

Very Great, was on the ball and kept us informed along the way.

One quick note for Rocket, if a new task is in the buyers court, perhaps send an email or some kind of notification letting them know.

I would like to share my experience working with Linda Nano. She was extremely helpful in guiding me through the entire process of refinancing my home loan, from start to finish. What I appreciate most about Linda was her outstanding communication - she was quick to respond to my questions, often within minutes. Throughout the process, she remained professional, knowledgeable, and understanding. I...I would like to share my experience working with Linda Nano. Belen was incredible. She did what Banks refused to even try to do. My family and I will always be grateful for what she did for us and ALL the help she gave us. She was there every step of the way and always answered her phone or replied to our texts or emails. We wish her the best life can give her.
