Heidi 's knowledge and expertise made the decision to refinance our loan very easy. By refinancing as she suggested saved us over two hundred a month in our monthly accounting. This gave us the room to breathe.

Since the beginning, Sam has been always very polite and he explained me all details pros and cons of all the transaction. At the end, everything went very smooth. I could even relax and go out of the country and on my return I was able to do all closing process without any issues. He contact me only when it was actually needed. Recommended 10000%.
