Josephine is the ONLY reason I pursued a Home Equity Loan with Rocket Mortgage. Although the loan app process is much improved now with every relevant document either uploaded to Rocket or publicly available (eg my home's value, credit score, ), it was great that she was able to guide me through the app process etc) and confirm that everything I uploaded was received. Even after the initial app process, she responded to text messages at all hours and gave me status updates right through final approval. Loan was funded on time as promised.
