While Nick was professional, the delay in getting this done was not. Firstly not all the debt to pay was not included and papers had to be redone. Then another issue with closing docs. This delayed things over a week again when we had payments due. Communication could have been better.

I feel that the numbers in the end did not match up as to what I was told by Brianna. I refinanced to lower the interest rate after purchasing my home initially on 11-31-23. I refinanced on 11-15-24. I was told that the cost would be about $8,000 at first. And once things started coming together, the cost changed to somewhere around $10,000. I contacted Brianna a few times to let her know ...I feel that the numbers in the end did not match up as to what I was told by Brianna. I refinanced to lower the interest rate after purchasing my home initially on 11-31-23. I refinanced on 11-15-24. I was told that the cost would be about $8,000 at first. And once things started coming together, the cost changed to somewhere around $10,000. I contacted Brianna a few times to let her know that I did not like the numbers that I was seeing on the new loan and she assured me that it would come down and it would all work out once the loan was paid off because I already had escrow and my home owners and taxes had just been paid. She also contacted me by text on 11-6-24 and said if I had not made a mortgage payment yet that I could skip it which would mean that I could skip the November and December payment. Well, I had already made the payment of $2,218, which meant I was out all of that money for no reason as we all know the majority of that payment went to the principal and there was no way to get the money back. My original loan amount was $230k and my new loan amount is $244k, which means I was also out the $2,218 November payment that I could have skipped and this refinance ended up costing me $246k. I had a bad feeling the entire time dealing with her and I shouldhave listened to my intuition and I am still waiting for answers as to where the monies went for the escrow that was collected on the original loan and on the new loan and why the numbers did not come down as I was told multiple times by fast talking Brianna.
