Juan was very helpful in the beginning getting the loan in process. Unfortunately he did not list n when I told him that the job I had started in July. He put January and of course that did get counted. There was a bit of a scramble at the end. James was super knowledgeable and communicated through the entire process. I went to someone before James and encountered road blocks that James was able to overcome within days! Very very helpful and you can tell he cares!

Joe was good and very responsive, unfortunately Rocket mortgage was not good. They made several mistakes and end up costing me thousands in interest because they delayed the closing by over 18 days.
