Michelle was a dream to work with, she is very knowledgeable, sweet, gracious, and understanding. She worked with us to get our 1st house. We had no idea what we were doing or where to even start. Michelle was right there every step of the way with us. We also refinanced our home with Michelle. She is such a great person and asset at rocket mortgage.

Jordan's awesome! Calm, organized, always had the answers to my questions, or knew how to find them. Knew when to check in, and when to back off during the process. He kept the whole process running smooth every step of the way for over 6 months while we were house hunting! Thanks, Jordan, we really appreciated everything!

Availability - I don't think he stops working. Seriously, any time I sent a text or email, he responded, day or night, weekend or holiday.

Friendliness - Taylor took the time to learn who I am, and what my goals are, so he could best help me. You ...Taylor is absolutely the best, and let me tell you why:
