5 stars are not enough to rate Tim!!!! Throughout the difficult process he was there every step of the way. I spent 30 plus years managing customer service functions and have rarely ever dealt with folks who have his skills - great at listening, compassionate, strives to exceed client's expectations, and to top things off he is a really good communicator.
