he refinance closed smoothly and on time. While some of the initial rate confusion may have been on my end, it did take several follow-up emails after closing to fully clarify. Ryan and Greg were responsive and professional throughout, and for their effort and follow-through I would still give five stars. I would recommend either to help with your loan or refi.
