I was surprised as how easy the whole process was if I would have known I had done this sooner. Joseph made this very stressful experience a really easy and worry free one. By the way the Rocket Mortgage app is also very efficient in helping us provide all documentation that is necessary. I could not Thank Joseph enough for his assistance. He even provided us with a contact for a realtor that as well turn out to be great in helping us find a home. Thank you Joseph. John is a kind, caring professional who puts his clients best interest first. He was never too busy to answer my questions by text or phone. If I could give him 10 stars, I certainly would. I highly recommend him and rocket mortgage for all of your needs.

Zach is a thorough professional, could not have found a better expert when I was looking for refinancing my home. He made it look so easy, from the time I started to the point of closing. Highly recommend!

When you apply with Rocket Mortgage and get connected with someone, Micheal is the one you want. He made things happen. From quick responses, staying late, and ensuring time sensitive tasks. To the more personal level, "let's get these people cleared to close."
When you trust him, he trusts you, and everything works beautifully. He's a great guy, I will be keeping his contact for any future needs.

Alyssa was so helpful. She was very informative and was happy to research what she didn't have the answer to, which wasn't very much. She was very patient. She had to make some last minute changes for me and she made them happily and efficiently. I would highly recommend her.
