I didn’t have a very good experience working with Tony. At the initial stage of the process, he was helpful. He took over my file from a previous agent but wasn’t very flexible in assisting me with changes of what was promised me by the previous agent. Also most notable was that Tony did not notify me when interest rates started to go up. He reached out twice and only asked me if I wanted to lock ...I didn’t have a very good experience working with Tony. At the initial stage of the process, he was helpful. He reached out twice and only asked me if I wanted to lock my rate but never did he let me know that interest rates were on the rise. I only found out a couple weeks before closing when I wanted to lock my rate that interest rates had gone up considerably, costing me significantly more in closing costs as well as monthly payments! I understood that Tony does not control the market interest rates, but I at least expected a heads up to let me know that rates were going up so that I could lock.
