I mean WOW!!!!! Joe is such a remarkable, dedicated individual. A true man of his word. Taking out a mortgage as a first time homebuyer can be so nerve racking! Joe was able to patiently walk me through the process step by step, build rapport and check in often to make sure I had nothing to be concern about, no matter the day or tome.
