She listened to what I wanted and did not try to sell me I product I didn't need. She was extremely easy to talk with. She is definitely a 10+.

I’ll start off by saying I had previously been working with a few lenders- really thought buying a home was going to be IMPOSSIBLE. Our previous lender gave us a loan estimate with a crappy rate and ate up all our seller credits in fees and such. We thought we were stuck with them but I applied through Rocket and after ...I would recommend LeAndre and Rocket Mortgage to ANYONE looking to buy a home! I was waiting and waiting for phone calls about letters of explanations, or conditions that needed to be met- never got them!
