If I could give 0 starts I would! It took us 3 months to finally close! We knew the option Brandon gave us wasn’t the best option so we reached out to his manager and suggested an alternative option for our loan! We completed all our paper work in a timely manner and still someone kept dropping the ball! Every time we called to check on the loan status they just kept telling us they needed to ...If I could give 0 starts I would! It took us 3 months to finally close! We completed all our paper work in a timely manner and still someone kept dropping the ball! Every time we called to check on the loan status they just kept telling us they needed to complete one thing and then we could schedule closing! This continued 3-4 more times before reaching out and letting them know if someone couldn't figure out what was going on we would be search for another lender. 3 months later we close! We have used rocket in the past for multiple loans with no issues! This was by far an experience that will be making us change to a different lender in the future!Read MoreRead Less
