5 star no for me I don't know where to start or begin all I would say is mind his word carefully for anybody else whose first time buying a house. One last thing I didn't get to mention in my email I sent to his chain of people is he told me I could pay with a credit card. Guess what you can't. Be careful out their future buyers! and if you ever feel like this is not for you do so immediately don't let any and I mean any sweet words deter you cause if I could instantaneously leave this company I would, but now I have to wait six months so trust your guts buyers just wanted to forewarn you.
