Tom was amazing! We had been working with a previous mortgage company that had been becoming ridiculous, so we started searching for a new lender and saw an ad for Rocket Mortgage so went to their website and Tom reached out right away and from that point until closing, he always responded to anything I needed. It was so smooth, the sellers got the amount they wanted, all my creditors were paid, and I ended with a payment I was happy with. He was very good at explaining every step of the way. Ember is at the tip-top of the class. Not only is she knowledgeable and efficient, but totally focused on the customer and getting the loan process done and then tracked through approval. My wife and I have gone through the mortgage loan application process and closed many loans (over 20 easily) and this was the easiest and best. Dare I say Ember actually made it pleasant?
