Josephine is the ONLY reason I pursued a Home Equity Loan with Rocket Mortgage. Although the loan app process is much improved now with every relevant document either uploaded to Rocket or publicly available (eg my home's value, credit score, ), it was great that she was able to guide me through the app process etc) and confirm that everything I uploaded was received.
