Provided great service, timely and courteous. My only complaint with the process was scheduling the closing. It was not timely at all and could have been done much sooner since it was remotely accomplished and only took 10 minutes.

Horrible. Was hard to reach during process when I called him but if he needed anything he was quick to call me. I left multiple messages daily via email and phone calls with no response. Poor customer service and highly unprofessional. If you deal with RM and he ends up being your agent good luck!
