Where do I begin. Stephen made this process as painless as possible. He was quick to respond and he held true to his word. He is incredibly knowledgeable at what he does. Loans aren’t 1 size fits all. And he gave me several options that he felt were best suited for me. Stephen is kind and patient. Best finance person I’ve ever dealt with by far.

Joe is/was awesome and SO kind!!! I wasn't sure about Rocket Mortgage, having only dealt with reputable banks. Joe is so comfortable to deal with, like an old friend. He wasn't pushy or obnoxious. He is very calm and confident in what he does, which was perfect for me because I can be intense. He was in constant contact. When a little hiccup occurred he handled immediately. Working with was God sent. He answered questions that I didn't get answers to from anyone else. He also informed me that my credit score was why I wasn't eligible for a VA loan and gave me the credit items to help me become eligible. He was very helpful and I know will be helpful through out my pursuit of purchasing a home with my VA.
