Terrible experience! She told me what I wanted to hear. When it got to closing they did not uphold the contract and tried to charge me over double at the closing. Do not trust this lady!

I found buying a new home to be exhausting. If it were not for Brad I would have given up, he coached me through many of the problems. He was always there for me at night, day, and weekends besides the regular hours.

I only spoke with Jacqueline 3 times during the process. The first contact she was overly interested in trying to convince us to make extra principal payments which would have defeated our purpose of reducing our monthly obligations overall. She understood the processes and responded to my messages. I didn't get a "warm and fuzzy" from her though.
