Patrick and Rocket Mortgage are the best. Patrick was friendly, efficient, responsive, and very easy to deal with. Rocket Mortgage has streamlined the loan process so thoroughly, there's very little friction left. If you are a Schwab customer, it gets even easier because you can grant Rocket direct access to your account documents. Highly recommended.
