I cannot imagine someone shepherding through alone with more ups and downs than Alex. We had very complicated process and Alex was there with us every step of the way and all the way through. Nic was great and personable at the beginning, but within the last 2 weeks of my rate lock did not reply to emails, texts, or calls and my rate lock expired. I ended up having to call Rocket customer service and a supervisor extended my rate lock. Only after I got in touch with customer service was he “somewhat” communicative via text. My last text he completely ignored.
