With our loan, while Nick was always courteous and responsive, we found him to be dishonest with his responses and number he provided. We felt we were taken advantage of and would guess because he know we were an older couple on a fixed income. His text would say and commit to one thing and the end results were never that. Horrible experience with my agent. Every message I got my by text. He would always refer me to someone else to call. He even lied and said I could raise my amount to receive as it was maxed out which was not true after speaking to someone else who fixed it. If there were any incorrect fees he would never fix. I always had to contact someone else. It was a horrible experience for me!
