Not really satisfied. Not so much with Leah, but more so with Rocket Mortgage. First of all, they are like one of the only lenders I have heard of that does not offer down payment assistance. Second, our mortgage is $1,400, which I feel is a bit much. Third I understand that they need to track my money but they literally needed an account statement for EVERY, SINGLE, PENNY that I have ever spent. ...Not really satisfied. And I just kind of felt like it was unnecessary all of the documentation they needed from that. Even after I had given them all that I could give they were still asking from more. And it became quite burdensome. Lastly my wife and I were told for a number of weeks that are closing costs would be a certain number. We weren't told that number would change.
