Sam was the absolute best!! He made himself readily available from the very beginning to even after closing! He has the patience of a saint and is professional, knowledgeable & friendly! He seemed to have all the answers to our questions (if he didn’t- he would go and get it for you) & he puts all of your concerns at ease! She is very knowledgeable, answered our numerous questions and was so patient with us trying to navigate the use of our “computer “ during the loan process.
