From the beginning Mallory was quick to respond to questions and patiently walked me thru every necessary step. The time from application to completion of the loan was astonishing and my thanks to Mallory and Rocket Mortgage.

Max is one of the best finance/mortgage dealers I have dealt with. He was quick, efficient, communicative and knowledgable. This was so smooth...my second time dealing with Rocket Mortgage and all of their professionals. Great company, great employees. I will be back for re-finance and or mortgage again!!

Appreciated how flexible Chad was with the timing of this, and he was always courteous, respectful, answered all my questions, and gave me the feeling that my account was the most important one he worked with (I know that's not true, but he conveyed that sense through e-mail and text message updates). It was a very easy process thanks to Chad.

Jeannie is excellent! She is warm, patient, address my concerns and questions clearly and prompt. Her work is efficient, and her team members are all pleasant to work with. I would have her as my lender again if I buy another house!
