Cortni was my everything for my home purchase, the seller wanted to go thru a lawyer vice Real Estate Agent, leaving many of the normal agent tasks on me, however Cortni was on top of everything, from all home inspections for the VA all the way through signing and all issues that needed repair. Without Cortni this would not of happened. i would recommend Cortni to anyone purchasing a home.

Nicholas was amazing at helping us through our first home loan. I was extremely apprehensive and had a ton of questions, and he answered them patiently, efficiently, and so quickly. It was such a smooth process, and I was worried since we had switched over in the middle of escrow. He was realistic with timing and helped us get it all done in time.
