Hannah was fantastic to work with on a home equity loan. She took a lot of time with me and explained everything in detail. My loan was ready to close in less than a week. I signed papers 8 days after initiating the application. I had additional questions during the process and she was always quick to answer me back. She is very professional and personable. Ridiculously pushy and rude. Refused to take no for an answer. I had to block his number. Then I still received paperwork in the mail for the 2nd mortgage was trying to sell me. Absolute scam.
