I was sitting on my front porch when all of a sudden, I got a phone call. It was Danny from Rocket (who I already had my mortgage with). He said interest rates have gone down and we refinance your mortgage and save you some money. He talked me through what I had to do on the Internet website (I am not tech savvy) and the whole thing was done in about a week.
