There are not enough starts to properly rate Kristen, she is an amazing professional and 5 stars just doesn't do justice! Kristen is a rockstar and expert in her field. A refi process is intensive, data heavy and requires management of a lot of moving parts, entities and documentation. Kristen is both patient and persistent and seems to make a somewhat stressful experience pleasurable.
