Our mortgage process is primarily completed online, with updates shared through the client portal. After the initial stages, your loan is transferred to our processing team, who manages your file and collects any needed documents. Once your loan receives a clear to close, it's then handed off to our closing team to complete the process. My role typically becomes more limited during this phase unless an issue arises that requires my involvement.

I understand that an occasional check-in from me would have provided additional reassurance that everything was progressing as expected.
