Adam was amazing and helpful and prompt. However, this process took longer than ever and when I would call Adam, he was always willing to find out and tell me that he didn't understand why it was taking so long and that it shouldn't be as all my paperwork was there and how sorry he was. So, Adman is a super star but not the underwriter.

We going through the process of selling and buying at the same time, her help guiding us, has been extremely helpful, this is very stressful process, but she is working hard, (always responding awnseing any questions right away, providing what is needed) Because time frame, Ellie is making posible the imposible!
I can only give her 5 stars, but she deserves ...Ellie is the BEST in so many ways!!!!
