I had a great experience with Jarid. He was up front and walked me through everything. He texted me to keep me updated and called when there was a change in interest rate. This was a much easier process than I thought it would be!!

Derek is awesome!I did a refinance with him.he seems to sincerely care.he was always available & answered my questions.he was great at explaining things along the way & easy to talk to-he didn't come across like he was on a higher level than the rest of us.the experience with him & rocket mortgage was the easiest I've ever done so far!
