Working with Mark was great. He was quick, efficient and got me everything I had asked for when refinancing. Unfortunately, I am knocking a few stars down to some backend issues. I know Mark doesn’t have much to do with what the company does with all the loans, however, I believed his word and it already came back to hurt me.
