Shane and Rocket were hands down the most efficient, proficient lenders I have ever worked with over a lifetime of financing many properties. My families finances are not at all cookie cutter (retired with commercial partnership property holdings) - Shane was quick to grasp this, always maintained a can do attitude after screening, and determined to find a way to make the loan happen, not the opposite. As he put it, it was a complex set of circumstances, yet he and his Rocket team did just that...made it happen. I am grateful to have lucked upon them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to my friends or anyone else.
Sincerely,

Robin is head and shoulders above the rest of mortgage bankers that we have experienced. Her personality puts you at ease and her knowledge is outstanding as she is so well equipped to solve little problems to her customers satisfaction. Robin made us feel that we were her ONLY customer!

I truly can't thank Matt enough for his guidance through my wife and I's mortgage journey. At one point, we even had to reach out to him on a Sunday to adjust our letter and he crushed it within the hour. He also reached out to our agent to ensure that everything was good to go. Thank you Matt for everything - MVP!
