I was concerned about getting scammed. Alan was very patient and helped me verify who he was. When I called the 1-800 number they were very patient and knew immediately who Alan was. The whole process was easy. There was a team of people getting in touch with to help me with different documents. We were texting after hours which is unheard of. We closed in 5 weeks. Ibrahim was the best Home Loan Expert I've ever worked with! He was extremely helpful every step of the way and was the reason I switch my loan to Rocket Mortgage from Chase Bank. With a last minute lender change he was still able to get me to close on time.
