Geoff made the loan process so easy!! He was always just a text away, and replied quickly. He also called a couple of times just to see if I had any questions. I was told by a different mortgage company that it was impossible for me to get a 30 year loan, but Geoff made it happen! It was a great experience!

Dalton was great during the sales process, but after deciding on Rocket as my lender I was not pleased with the ongoing quality of service and felt like I received uninformed, and then unresponsive guidance on navigating rate movement prior to closing.
