This was not the best experience we have had with rocket mortgage. We played phone tag for over a week left messages and texts with no responses . When we finally talked things were great. Every thing was good . The appraisal company they used was not very good the guy they sent out made my wife uncomfortable and he was very condensing. Ready to give up, we checked another site and asked for a quote. Vincent has been wonderful to work with every step of the way! If he says he'll call you back, HE DOES!
