Leena is definitely one of a kind she helped with my refinancing. She took me from a 30 yr and PMI to a 20 yr conv mortgage and explained every step to me how I could save money and help me financially she deserves more then 5 stars. Worst experience of my life. Well, almost. Would be hard to knock the ex-husband from that slot. Talking to Justin was like talking to a used car salesman. More than once, I suggested he give me a list of what WAS required rather than NOT needed. I hung up on him and asked to be assigned to someone else. They assigned me to his boss who CLEARLY knew how to handle a loan. I was an existing customer...Worst experience of my life. Well, almost. Would be hard to knock the ex-husband from that slot. Abe is the most professional, knowledgeable, and patient mortgage broker I have ever worked with. Time was of the essence for us to do a cash out refi. He was able to show and explain to me the best option we had at one heck of a fair interest rate and prove to me it's not called Rocket Mortgage for nothing. He really went above and beyond. I am nearly deaf and as such use a phone with headphones that help me hear somewhat better, but not perfect. We played tag on that phone number and even had a tech failure that caused us to be disconnected. He called back on our landline and my wife was home by then and she was able to answer his questions to get the ball rolling. During this loan process, I must have sent him a half dozen emails and he always answered the same day, within just a few hours.
