Working with Steve was an absolutely wonderful experience. He was knowledgeable and confident through the whole process. He kept us up to date and informed at every step and put up with the million calls from my husband every single day! I would absolutely recommend Steve to anyone looking to start this process!

I had no problems with Jessica. She was conscientious, very responsive and helpful throughout the process. However, I can't say the same about Rocket Mortage. Long after I'd received an interest rate lock, I found out that a lock from Rocket is NOT truly a lock. At the 11th hour, when it was really too late to switch lenders, they issued a new lock, raising my interest rate by more than a half ...I had no problems with Jessica. She was conscientious, very responsive and helpful throughout the process. However, I can't say the same about Rocket Mortage. Long after I'd received an interest rate lock, I found out that a lock from Rocket is NOT truly a lock. At the 11th hour, when it was really too late to switch lenders, they issued a new lock, raising my interest rate by more than a half percent! They are making a few extra bucks off me this time, but it will cost them all future loans from me and my family and friends that I have warned. Lucas went above and beyond for our client. Our client went with a new build & they still used Lucas , goes to show even all the incentives and money the new build threw out at our client in the long run going with Lucas at Rocket was the best decision for them. Thank you Lucas, great team work.
