Absolute worst experience lending. We have had two prior mortgages with rocket. And 2 other mortgages prior to that. This experience getting another mortgage was worse than a 1 star review. We were completely mislead, ignored and then completely ghosted and dropped 4 days before our closing. We had everything completed for our loan, did everything they asked, had it conditionally approved, closing...Absolute worst experience lending. We have had two prior mortgages with rocket. And 2 other mortgages prior to that. This experience getting another mortgage was worse than a 1 star review. We were completely mislead, ignored and then completely ghosted and dropped 4 days before our closing. We had everything completed for our loan, did everything they asked, had it conditionally approved, closing was scheduled and then was hit with a letter of declination a mere 4 days prior to close. If you choose to go through rocket mortgage, do not use Nathan. He never answered or returned any of our phone calls when we tried to get in touch nor did we even get a letter of explanation for the change in appraisal amongst a laundry list of other false promises and incorrect information.Read MoreRead Less
