Ray was fantastic. He made himself available virtually 24/7 during the process. He was very professional and kind in spite of my neediness. We were able to go from application to closing table inside of 15 days. Once again, Rocket has demonstrated their professionalism and efficiency through their digital platform and human systems. Thanks Ray!

Emily was INCREDIBLY helpful, friendly and so easy to work with. She was always there and available to answer any questions we had and was so proactive when it came to providing updates and next steps on our loan process.

Emily was so thorough when it came to making sure we had all of the information and in guiding us through everything.
