Reed was outstanding. It was almost a disappointment when the loan closed as I knew I would not be communicating with him anymore. He was pleasant, humorous, and available. I heard from him during times that I would say are typically out of bounds for work-related business.

If I ever need mortgage assistance again I will specifically try and work with Reed.

Jonathan is patient, kind and responsive. I was struggling a little bit with the docusign (I think the program could use easier flow) and he was always very patient walking me through the windows. I wanted to know upfront exactly what Rocket's fees were going to be and he promptly submitted the numbers.
