From start to finish Haneen was a positive and optimistic voice. Her original assessment of our property value,using Rocket Mortgage tools, was $90000 over the actual appraisal. Needless to say this inspired me to trust her Senior Banker experience beyond my common sense. When confronted with this problem she explained she had no control over the appraiser's something I am totally aware of. She does however have complete control over her interpretation of market conditions for a particular property. We went through with the refi but certainly are not celebrating the process.
