Robert was extremely helpful and communicative during our refinance process. We seemed to run into almost every snag or problem with our refinance that could have been found and Robert was excellent to communicate with us about the resolutions and he always went above and beyond to help us find the solutions to keep our loan on track. He was always thinking outside the box to brainstorm solutions...Robert was extremely helpful and communicative during our refinance process. He was always thinking outside the box to brainstorm solutions to help us continue even when we felt like we may never finish. We appreciate everything Robert and his team did for us at Rocket Mortgage!Read MoreRead Less

I know she has a great team that supports her work there, but Rocket Mortgage is very lucky to have her as the clients’ point person. She did herself, her team, and the company proud over the last several weeks. Thank you, Chel, and thank you everyone at Rocket Mortgage!Read MoreRead Less
