As I started to check on line for a refinance lender I noticed Rocket came right to the top of the list. Having heard good things about Rocket I decided to start an initial look on their website on a Sunday afternoon. To my surprise I was able to talk with Tony that day, yes, on a Sunday I was able to get the process started with Tony no pressure what so ever. Working with Tony was a great ...As I started to check on line for a refinance lender I noticed Rocket came right to the top of the list. Having heard good things about Rocket I decided to start an initial look on their website on a Sunday afternoon. To my surprise I was able to talk with Tony that day, yes, on a Sunday I was able to get the process started with Tony no pressure what so ever. Working with Tony was a great experience from start to finish as this is not something I do with regards to refinancing but Tony was able to answer all of my questions and made me feel so comfortable through this entire process. When it came to completing the initial on line application Tony stayed on the phone with me as I completed page by page to again, answer all questions as I completed. This was a wonderful experience right up to the closing. I recommend Tony/Rocket to anyone looking for a mortgage or refinance.Read MoreRead Less

I expected much better service from Rocket Mortgage and Kyle during our refinance. I had to handle much of the work myself, even though they made over $12,000 from the process. To make matters worse, they didn’t pay our creditors directly and instead sent us checks that will result in overpayments on our balances. I don’t understand why they didn’t just provide us with the funds to manage the ...I expected much better service from Rocket Mortgage and Kyle during our refinance. I had to handle much of the work myself, even though they made over $12,000 from the process.
