Jed was phenomenal. Over 5 stars. I cannot express the gratitude I feel toward Jed - he dealt with my absurd amount of questions, educated me about the whole mortgage process and represented Rocket Mortgage so well. Rosie was AMAZING and very knowledgeable. I was a first time buyer, and this process was easy. Also, once my loan got to underwriting, there was an issue with my Boyfriends VOE that caused issues with us closing, but Rosie's pivot and dedication resolved the issue within 24 hours. She was up at night and in the morning to resolve this so I could still close <3

I will admit, when i got Ross on the phone looking for a simple home equity loan and he began his speech about how i could benefit from a possible refi, i thought he was trying to scam me into a higher cost loan option.
