What I love about Corrie is her availability and her enthusiasm. Her normal working hours were after 5PM PT to 8PM. This allowed my spouse and I focus on work during work hours and focus on home loan after work and meet together with Corrie so we can stay on the same page. She was also willing to work out the numbers at numerous meeting times so we could really understand our future monthly ...What I love about Corrie is her availability and her enthusiasm. This allowed my spouse and I focus on work during work hours and focus on home loan after work and meet together with Corrie so we can stay on the same page. She was also willing to work out the numbers at numerous meeting times so we could really understand our future monthly payment and stay within our budget. Her willingness to repeatedly meet with us and not just dangle a mortgage rate deal earned our trust and made us not want to work with other mortgage brokers. She understood that we needed to iterate and build a business relationship with our mortgage banker. Her enthusiasm got us through multiple offers and rejections.
