Lorans is helpful and provides clear communication. He makes sure things get done and get done swiftly. Even after being transferred to other team members along the process - I still went back to Lorans for questions and looped him in as needed and he was able to resolve minor errors other team members made and clear things up.

All sounds good till they have all your info that they shared with everyone. Getting lots of calls and email next day with all personal info disclosed. And they just not do anything with your loan w/o any explanations. Please think twice before you go with this lender.
