Due to Nick's professional attitude and how he explained ever to me caused me to go with Rocket vs another company that I was considering for a refi. A true pro and someone who knows what he is doing!!!

Emily did an amazing job finding a rate and loan that worked well for my situation. I plan to work with Emily in the future as the rates hopefully continue to lower.

Jacob was very professional, patient and knowledgeable. We had a computer glitch and he hung right with us while we got it straightened out even though we had to finish up the following day. This was our very best experience with a home loan and would recommend Jacob for anyone in the market.
