Kevin is friendly and called us weekly to check in on my wife and I during our home search process, but he was very difficult for us and our realtor to contact. We were frequently left sending voicemails, texts, and emails and having them in responded to for hours/days even during time sensitive moments. I have a discrepancy on my closing paperwork as well that he has not responded to yet.
